RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION
J C Smale supplies heavy-duty primary crushers for high-volume crushing of all clays and shales, together with impactors, multi-deck screens, apron feeders, belt feeders and rotation storage bins.
PRODUCT FORMING
Our product forming solutions include electrically driven slug cutters to cut clay extrusion to length for feeding to multi-wire cutters, and multi-wire push-through cutters featuring dual cutting frames to minimise lost time due to wire changes and product changeover.
We also deliver up-stroke cutters, multi-head represses and ridge tile equipment.
ADDITIVE & TEXTURING
J C Smale offers purpose-built equipment for the application of additives and slurries, and the forming of textures onto the product.
Many different methods – such as pumping, pouring, spraying, feeding, rolling and forming – can be employed to meet specific requirements.
AUTOMATIC SETTING, DEHACKING & PACKAGING
We manufacture automatic setting, dehacking and packaging systems to suit customer requirements – whether working with bricks, pavers or blocks in the green or dry state, in low or high production rates and in diverse configurations.
